These Terms govern access to and use of Instrivo, a proprietary software product operated under the NBOUND.IN brand. By using Instrivo, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Instrivo is browser workflow recording and documentation software that can generate editable procedural steps, screenshots and walkthrough videos. Features may change as the product develops.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Instrivo for lawful personal or business purposes. Instrivo and its source code, branding and product assets remain proprietary unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Free and paid plans

Instrivo may provide Free and Pro functionality. Paid features, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Paid access may depend on a valid subscription or entitlement.

4. Billing and renewals

Paid transactions are intended to be processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout unless cancelled. Taxes and supported payment methods are handled through the checkout experience.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription using the billing-management mechanism made available with your purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the current billing period unless applicable law or Paddle's buyer terms require otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Instrivo to violate law, infringe intellectual property, capture information you are not authorized to access, distribute malware, bypass access controls, or facilitate harmful or fraudulent activity. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before recording systems, people or information where consent is legally or contractually required.

7. Your content

You retain responsibility for workflows, screenshots, recordings and exports you create. You must review captured material before sharing it and should redact confidential or personal information where appropriate.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts not to materially impair paid functionality without appropriate notice where practical.

9. Disclaimer

Instrivo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that automatically generated documentation will be error-free or suitable for every compliance, safety or legal process. Users should review outputs before relying on or distributing them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NBOUND.IN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of Instrivo. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
