Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Instrivo, a product operated under the NBOUND.IN brand, handles information when you use the Instrivo website, browser extension, billing flow and support channels.

1. Local-first recorder data

Instrivo is designed so workflow recordings, screenshots, captured interaction metadata, annotations, redaction metadata and locally created projects remain on your device unless you intentionally export or share them. Instrivo does not require those workflow assets to be uploaded to operate its core recording and editing features.

2. Information we may process

When paid accounts are introduced, we may process basic account identifiers needed to associate a purchase with an entitlement. If you contact support, we process the information you send us. Basic website analytics may be collected when enabled to understand page usage and product acquisition.

3. Payments

Payments for Instrivo Pro are intended to be processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Payment card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by Instrivo. Paddle may process billing, tax, fraud-prevention and transaction information under its own privacy terms.

4. Website analytics

We may use analytics on instrivo.nbound.in to measure visits, acquisition and product conversion. Analytics does not receive your Instrivo workflow recording contents from the extension.

5. Sensitive information visible on screen

A screen recording or screenshot can contain information visible in the browser. Users are responsible for reviewing captured content and applying available redaction tools before sharing an export. Instrivo is not intended to collect passwords or payment-field values as workflow metadata.

6. Retention

Local recorder data remains subject to your browser profile and local storage. Account, billing or support records may be retained as reasonably required to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers necessary to operate billing, analytics, infrastructure or customer support, subject to applicable agreements and law.

8. Your choices

You may delete local Instrivo projects from your device. For account, billing or privacy requests, contact support@nbound.in.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as Instrivo develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
